iRise Studio Enterprise Edition 9.x and up

Summary:

A user is not able to log into the Definition Center, and sees the following message:
 
 "The Definition Center license has been exceeded. Please contact your iRise administrator."

Resolution:

Please contact your iRise Administrator, who should still be able to login to the Definition Center. The issue most likely due to having too many author and/or reviewer accounts. An iRise Administrator should check the accounts, (Left Navigation panel on the 'People' page), and adjust accordingly.
