After selecting the 'Manage' option, the user sees an error message in their browser saying, 'You are no longer connected to Definition Center.' This issue is displayed in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox or Chrome.

This can be a number of issues. To fix the issue in Internet Explorer, please follow the bullet points below:

  • In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options
  • Select the 'Security' tab
  • Select 'Trusted Sites'
  • Select the 'Sites' button
  • Add *.manager.irise.com to the list of trusted websites as indicated in the screenshot
  • Restart your browser
