While reviewing your project in Player, select Copy Screen link from the main menu:

You can also select Send link from the More actions submenu:

You'll see options for showing, minimizing, or excluding the iRise toolbars. 

If you don't want your reviewers distracted by the toolbars or don't want them to provide feedback, choose Exclude toolbars.
