This iDoc is a sample of a rule generator. Check out the page 'Second Version'. Changing the 'Select a Field' drop down in the first column displays the subsequent Operator, Value and Delete fields allowing you to further define that rule. It also creates a fresh 'Select a Field' row beneath for you to enter an additional rule. Changing a row back to 'Select a Field' triggers a delete of that row.
