Here is a great example of how to simulate the concept of threaded comments using just one datasheet. You need a way to identify which row is a child and which is a parent in your datasheet (for example, your datasheet can include columns for ‘Comment_ID’ and ‘Reply_ID’). You can then use alternate views and sorting to give parent and child rows different appearances and have them appear in the correct order.
