Version: 10.2 only
There is an issue in v10.2 that causes simulations to be out of synch with what’s on disk, which results in a white screen when simulating projects.
If you encounter this intermittent issue, please apply the hotfix using the below instructions:
Download the file irise-core-9.2.2.jar.
Stop the iRise Definition Center service.
Move x:\iRise\DefCenter\Tomcat\webapps\iRise\WEB-INF\lib\irise-core-9.2.2.jar folder to a backup location.
Copy the downloaded hotfix jar file to x:\iRise\DefCenter\Tomcat\webapps\iRise\WEB-INF\lib\irise-core-9.2.2.jar.
Restart the iRise Definition Center service.
If you need help with applying the fix, please contact iRise Customer Support.
This issue has been resolved in v10.5 and will not require a hotfix.
