Working on a screen in Editor, you realize you need to change an action that you already configured.  

Go to the outline panel and find then select the widget that is configured with the action you need to edit.  You can also find the widget on the page, and double click it.

Select the action tab, find the action you need to edit, and right click>edit.

Fun fact; as you can see from the right click menu, you can also copy your actions and delete them.
