Once you fill out all the pertinent information after you click on the 'Sign Up Now' button and submit, you should be sent an email.  This email contains the information for your BILLING ACCOUNT.  Your subscription, your payment info, etc, will all be there but this is not how you access your new Definition Center.  

When you purchase iRise, a brand new Definition Center is created for you, by us, iRise Support 👋 .  It takes us just a bit of time to receive the purchase email and process the order.  Once we're finished, you will receive a welcome email from iRise Support, with all the info you need to log in.
