If you forgot your password, just head to your iRise Definition Center login page in a browser (e.g. https://trial.dc.irise.com/) and select 'Forgot Password'.  

Enter the username and email address associated with your account to reset your password. An email will be sent with a password reset link. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder. The link to reset your password will only be valid for 15 minutes.

If you can't remember your username or email address associated with your account, contact your iRise Definition Center administrator.
