Moving unused, inactive, or older versions of project to an archive folder cleans up and declutters the list of projects available for users, while preserving the projects and reusable assets in case they're needed later. 

iRise Administrators or Library and Project template Owners are permitted to move projects.

Create an Archive Folder

  1. Login to your iRise instance from a supported browser
  2. Navigate to the Projects tab 
  3. If it doesn't exist already, create a new folder called Archive 

Archive Libraries

  1. Click the Libraries folder under the Projects tab
  2. Check the checkbox next to the project(s) to be archived
  3. Click Move dropdown and select the Archive folder
  4. Click the Move button

Archive Project templates

  1. Click the Project templates folder under the Projects tab
  2. Check the checkbox next to the project(s) to be archived
  3. Click Move dropdown and select the Archive folder
  4. Click the Move button
